The Jets have landed another wide receiver.
Keelan Cole agreed to a one-year, $5.5 million contract with the team on Thursday, according to multiple reports. Cole, 27, spent his first four seasons with the Jaguars and caught 55 passes for 642 yards and five touchdowns in 2020.
Earlier this week, the Jets signed former Titans wide receiver Corey Davis to a three-year, $37.5 million contract with $27 million guaranteed. That was one of two big early splashes for the Jets, who also added ex-Bengals pass-rusher Carl Lawson on a three-year, $45 million deal.
NFL Network reported earlier Thursday that the Jets had held talks with free-agent receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. It was unclear how serious those talks were.
The Jets on Thursday also agreed to a deal with offensive guard Dan Feeney, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed. Feeney started 57 games for the Chargers over the past four years.
