Bella Hadid’s New York City penthouse is off the market, The Post can exclusively reveal.
The 24-year-old model’s 63 Greene St. penthouse is under contract, unnamed close sources reveal, only a week after she listed the 2,500-square-foot Soho space for $6.5 million.
She might’ve been inspired by her niece’s father’s neighboring $10 million penthouse pad: Zayn Malik, who has a child with her sister Gigi Hadid, bought a penthouse in the same building in March 2018 and sold it in January 2020, according to property records.
The yet-unknown new buyer has nabbed a one-of-a-kind industrial jewel with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a private terrace, the Realtor.com listing shows.
The condominium has hardwood floors, modern chandeliers and exposed ceiling beams intersecting cresting brick ceilings like sea waves.
The kitchen has an impressive marble island and ultra-glossy, seamless cabinetry.
The owner’s suite has a black glass walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a rainfall shower head and gold finishes.
A naked staircase tops a black-tinted glass, 100-bottle “wine cave.” The staircase leads to a wood-fenced deck with built-in heat lamps, plentiful greenery and panoramic views of the city.
Ryan Serhant of SERHANT brokerage had the listing.
Hadid, who recently modeled thong jeans for Mugler, was out and about in New York City on April 11, according to the Daily Mail. It’s not clear where Hadid lives, especially since she’s often jetting around to places like Milan and Miami, but she spent some during the coronavirus pandemic on a farm in Pennsylvania with family, according to Vogue.
Hadid’s net worth can only be guessed, but she made $8.5 million in 2019 alone, according to Forbes, which names her as one of the world’s highest-paid models. She is known for her Dior modeling gigs, but she has also made appearances in television shows including “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” as well as her mother’s Lifetime series, “Making a Model With Yolanda Hadid.”
Despite her lucrative good looks, some suspect the model’s ex-boyfriend, The Weeknd, may have thrown shade at her in his “Save Your Tears” music video, which criticizes plastic surgery.
