Another woman comes forward with claim that Epstein sexually abused her

Another woman has filed a suit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate — claiming that he repeatedly sexually abused her in New York nearly 20 years ago, new court papers show.

The woman — who filed suit anonymously in Manhattan Supreme Court — alleges that in 2003, when she was around 18, “Epstein repeatedly sexually abused, assaulted and battered her,” both at a restaurant nightclub and at his home in Manhattan.

She alleges the financier’s abuse of her was part of the same scheme and conduct that he and others carried out “in New York, Florida, New Mexico, South Carolina, California, the United States Virgin Islands and other places,” the court filing says.

The victim says because of the encounters, she has suffered physically, mentally and economically, the court papers claim.

She has also “incurred medical expenses” and will continue to, “in an effort to cure herself of her injuries and to alleviate her pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment and humiliation,” the court documents claim.

The woman is suing for unspecified damages.

Over 150 women have brought claims of sexual abuse by Epstein against the dead pedophile in a victims’ compensation program.

Many others have filed suits against the estate — including a recent suit by a real estate broker who alleged that after raping her, Epstein threatened to feed her to alligators if she spoke about the abuse.

Epstein committed suicide in his jail cell while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges in 2019.

Lawyers for the estate did not immediately return a request for comment.
