Hoteliers Neil and Jennifer Sazant just sold their bayfront North Miami home for $10 million.
The Sazants are the former owners of the historic Sagamore Hotel South Beach, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 1995 NE 118th Road in San Souci is a boater’s dream.
It comes with 200 feet on the water, with views from Indian Creek Island to Miami.
For those 10 big ones, the buyer also gets a 5,671-square-foot home plus a guest house on 0.42 acres — all in a gated community near Bal Harbour Shops.
Details of the home include wide oak floors, double-height ceilings and large bedrooms.
Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman repped the buyers and Julian Cohen of The Jills Zeder Group repped the sellers.
Last year, during the pandemic, the Sazants bought a $7 million waterfront property on North Bay Road that was once owned by Formula One race car driver Eddie Irvine, the Real Deal previously reported.
