A loft neighboring Taylor Swift in a Tribeca building has sold and closed in less than three weeks for $7.1 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.
It was an all-cash deal.
The loft, at 155 Franklin St., had been asking $7.25 million, as we previously reported.
Orlando Bloom owned it in 2014, when he bought it for $4.75 million before flipping it less than a year later for $5.6 million.
It also once served as a temporary home for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
The fourth-floor corner unit comes with three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and historic details, like steel columns, wood beams and wide-plank oak floors.
There’s also an open kitchen and a steel framed glass wall with French doors in the main bedroom.
The landmarked Sugar Loaf Building dates to 1882. Past and current residents include comedian Aziz Ansari, Steven Soderbergh and “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson.
The fourth-floor corner was bought by tech-investors Arita Sharma, Andrew Peek and Satish Kanwar.
Swift bought Jackson’s two adjacent duplexes for $19.95 million and then another unit; she also owns an $18 million townhouse on the block — bringing her total Franklin Street real estate holdings to roughly $50 million.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Kirsten Jordan, star of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” and Victoria Adamo.
