A top-floor penthouse at Riverhouse in Battery Park City is on the market for $18 million.

The eco-friendly building at 2 River Terrace has been home to Leo DiCaprio, Oliver Stone, Tyra Banks, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cobie Smulders and Will Smith over the years.

DiCaprio bought his unit in 2008, the year it opened, for $3.67 million. In 2014, he bought the next door, two-bedroom unit for $8 million.

Banks loved the building so much she bought four units for just north of $10 million in 2009.

The sprawling 4,100-square-foot home is on the 32nd floor. It features four bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the Hudson River and the city skyline. Its green features include sustainable teak cabinets, bamboo floors, air and water filters — and solar-powered energy along with non-pollutant materials and finishes.

“It feels like being in a private jet over the Hudson River,” said listing broker Danny Abraham, of Nest Seekers.

Building amenities include a concierge, gym with a 50-foot lap pool, outdoor terrace, media cafe and a “private pet grooming area.”

The building, designed by David Rockwell in 2008, is LEED gold certified.
