John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are the latest in a string of celebrities trying to sell their New York City pads.

The power couple listed their Manhattan penthouses for a combined $18 million on Friday after three years of ownership.

Located at 374 Broome St., Teigen, 36, and Legend, 43, purchased one unit for $9.02 million in 2018 and the second unit for $7.7 million in 2020.

If both units sell at the asking price, they won’t be walking away with much profit.

“We’ve realized that because of work and everything, we’re really mostly going to be in Los Angeles,” Legend told the Wall Street Journal in an interview. “So we’re going to focus our home-building energy and renovation energy on what we’re doing in L.A.”

Meanwhile, they still plan on finding a new home in New York that won’t require much work or renovations.

“We love being there. But we’re just not there enough to justify putting in the time and energy to combine apartments,” Legend said.

Based in the Nolita neighborhood, the residences offer 6,100 plus square feet of living space with over 3,300 square feet of a private outdoor rooftop terrace.

The two units together would occupy half the fifth floor and the entire sixth floor.

Entry follows direct access off a private elevator which leads to a corner great room that boasts 12-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace and an integrated sound system with a 133″ projector screen, according to the listing. The open kitchen features custom cabinets and luxury appliances.

Amenities include a custom wine cellar, Juliet balconies, heated flooring in the bathrooms and a landscaped private roof deck.

“If you buy the apartments combined, it means you have the entire roof,” Legend said. “It’s such a great view,” adding that they have hosted parties on the roof.

The building used to be the carriage manufacturer Brewster and Co., before it was converted to condos roughly a decade ago.

Now titled the Brewster Carriage House, a nod to the manufacturing company, the 9-unit boutique condo conversion was completed in 2012.

“We love all the brick and the metal. It fits our aesthetic perfectly,” Legend said.

“I miss it all the time. New York is always going to be my favorite city.”

Noble Black, David Son, Jennifer Stillman and Corinne (Cory) Cahlon with Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

Meanwhile, the two currently live in a 10,700-square-foot Beverly Hills home in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood they purchased for $17.5 million in 2020.

Overall, the two have a real estate portfolio worth an estimated $57 million.

In the past year Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel sold their West Village pad, Scarlet Johansson listed her pad — currently pending an offer — along with Colin Jost, Bethenny Frankel, Jennifer Lopez who have listed their residences.
