Bloat No More: Its mission to transform your gut health

The NYC Daily Post interviewed Sarah Whyte, founder and CEO of Bloat No More to learn more about her company’s philosophy and products. In her interview, Sarah Whyte explains the motivations and challenges she faced from research to bookshelf. You can find the Bloat No More website here.

Q: Can you introduce yourself to our readers?

I have been in the nutraceutical industry since 2011, where I founded and still run a supplement manufacturing company. I am a dedicated business development professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Psychology/Family Therapy from The Ohio State University.

In addition to my educational merits and during my time in the professional world, I have become skilled in marketing management, business planning, sales, dietary supplements, and market research. I decided in 2019 that I was going to formulate and launch my own supplement line. In addition to running Bloat No More, in my free time I love to travel, cook, enjoy being outdoors running, cycling or fly fishing, and love to read.

Q: You founded Bloat No More in 2020. Why did you form your company?

I founded Bloat No More after I lost my dad to cancer in 2017 from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and liver failure. I knew that I needed to do something to bring more health awareness into the world. We live in a world full of chemicals, toxins and disease. I am on a mission to help educate consumers on clean and natural solutions for gut health, overall wellness and vitality.

Q: Can you explain what the nutraceutical industry is and what it includes?

The nutraceutical industry encompasses dietary supplements, herbal and natural products along with functional foods.

Q: With Bloat No More products available within the nutraceutical industry, can you tell us tell us more about the products, how they work, and for whom they are best suited?

I designed Bloat No More as a 3-Step Wellness Kit to help eliminate the hassle and guesswork when it comes to taking daily supplements for your overall gut health.

Step 1 is our Probiotic Renu, you take 1 capsule in the morning that supports your gut microbiome and digestive system.

Step 2 is our Metaboliz, you take 2 capsules in the afternoon with lunch. This helps boost metabolism, reduce inflammation, and supports thyroid health. Feeling a little sluggish, we got you covered.

Step 3 is our Sexy & Slim, you take 2 capsules in the evening with dinner. These are packed full of digestive enzyme complexes that help break down food, boosts nutrition absorption and reduces bloating.

We have the 28 Days to No More Bloat Wellness Program, which is our comprehensive 50+ page eBook which is your ultimate health and wellness guide. This was created to help you bloat less, stay on top of your goals, and feel better mentally and physically. We offer fitness plans, meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner, goal tracking, mindfulness exercises and so much more.

Along with this, we have our Low Fodmap Recipe Book that offers 30+ recipes. This is great for someone that suffers from bloating, constipation, and or IBS. And our last product is our mini travel pouches. If you are on the go a lot and don’t want to pack your supplement bottles in your suitcase, we have our travel pouches so you can continue your supplement routine even when you are on the go.

Q: Are Bloat No More products approved by the FDA or another regulatory body?

Dietary supplements aren’t approved by the FDA. We have the FDA disclaimer listed on our labels: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

However, we do produce our supplements in an FDA registered facility and follow strict cGMP guidelines. Our labels are reviewed by a regulatory compliance team and offer recommendations based on C.F.R. 111.

Q: Are there any side effects to taking Bloat No More products?

None that I have been aware of. We always recommend seeking the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before taking supplements if it is of concern.

Q: Are Bloat No More products only for women? Or can men and children take them as well?

Our products are for both men and women suffering from gut health issues. For children to take, we always recommend seeking the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before taking our supplements.

Q: Safety is often a concern of consumers. How do Bloat No More products differ from taking over-the-counter vitamins or medicine?

The biggest difference is we use all-natural ingredients, and our products contain zero fillers. We also do third-party testing on each batch we run to ensure safety and quality.

Q: Let’s take a moment to talk about any difficulties you may have encountered with bringing Bloat No More products to market. As a follow-up talking point, what do you view as your greatest personal and professional accomplishments?

With every business comes challenges. I would say our biggest obstacle has been reaching more people to educate them not only on our supplements but overall health and wellness. It is something that is important to me, so I continue to create content around educational information for those suffering from gut health issues or any other related health issues. As we grow and expand, I am always looking for new and creative ways to scale the brand.

My greatest personal accomplishment would be graduating from college. I was the first in my family to earn a degree from a university. To me, this was a big accomplishment that set the stage for my future. My greatest professional accomplishment would be scaling my manufacturing business solely on my own for the first three years. It was a lot of blood, sweat and tears, but it has led me to where I am at in my career, and what is yet to come.

Q: In what form(s) can consumers find Bloat No More products? (gel, tablet, etc.)  Are Bloat No More products available in stores or only online?

All our products are in capsule form. Currently we sell only online through our own website at www.bloatnomore.com

Q: Can consumers purchase your products one time or is it subscription-based?

Both. You can purchase one time or on subscription.

Q: Thank you for taking your time to sit down with the NYC Daily Post for this interview. For our final question, do you have a website or other social media that readers can check out?

We have a website www.bloatnomore.com and we are on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Our handles for all of these are @bloatnomore. We also have an exclusive Facebook community group called Bloat No More Community Group where like-minded individuals come together to support one another along their wellness journey.

Editor’s note: In keeping with high standards of ethics and transparency in journalism, the NYC Daily Post has not received nor will it receive any remuneration from any potential purchases of Bloat No More products. This interview was completed as part of a business profile to highlight topics of interest for our readers.
